Now Is The Time To Improve Your Lifestyle In Colorado Springs

Welcome to my Colorado Springs entrepreneur blog. Today’s article is a bit philosophical. I want to talk about time. I would argue that time is more precious than almost anything else in life.

How are you managing your most valuable resource?

Are you working full-time for a corporation that may lay you off any day? Are you spending a lot of time training for a new Colorado Springs career? Are you able to take the time necessary to nurture your relationships? When was the last time (there’s that word again) you spent a whole day playing?

I am Elsa Shields. I run a XoBiotic Squares Direct Sales business from my Colorado Springs home. I have been steadily building my XoBiotic Squares income-generating business since February 2008. Now that I have channels of residual income, the checks can come even if I take a three-week vacation with my family.

Sure, the money is great, but guess what I value more than the financial security? More Free Time. That’s right.

I am now living life on my own terms.

I spend several hours a week helping new XoBiotic Squares team members kick-start their home businesses. I absolutely love the challenge of helping Colorado people create something unique and powerful in their life.

Other than supporting my XoBiotic Squares downline, I enjoy a lot of time with my spouse and kids. A lot. I know few Denver corporate executives who have as much free time as I do.

My Colorado Springs business is straightforward and uncomplicated. I sell XoBiotic Squares on the internet and recruit new Colorado Springs entrepreneurs who, in turn, create a better, less hectic lifestyle for themselves.

If you feel like you are a hamster running non-stop in a wheel without ever getting anywhere, stop. Take some TIME to give me a call. There is a better way to live, work, and play.

Tell Your Home Business Success Story In Colorado Springs

Tell Your Home Business Success Story In Colorado Springs If you are a Colorado Springs home based business owner, you have a story. Perhaps you don’t think your story is very interesting, but I bet others would. Especially other Colorado Springs folks who would like to own their own Colorado Springs XoBiotic Squares Direct Sales or internet business.

Your personal story can be used as a case study in your marketing materials. Think of the memorable personal stories that could be drawn from the lives of these famous entrepreneurs:

Walt Disney (Started an empire with a vision and a small loan.)
Martha Stewart (Made DIY home decorating chic and rebounded after legal troubles.)
Warren Buffet (Where do I start?)

In addition to using experiences from your own life as a direct marketer in Colorado Springs, you can use stories about how your products, services, or financial opportunity has affected one of your customers or team members.

If no interesting stories immediately come to mind, don’t dismiss this effective marketing tool. Just keep it in mind as you go about your business in the next few weeks.

As you interact with your home business customers and people in your Colorado Springs network, something might pique your interest. Jot it down for future development.

If you observe your business interactions from a storyteller’s perspective, the marketing possibilities will jump out at you.

How has my experience as a XoBiotic Squares network marketer in Colorado Springs dramatically improved my life? Email me today and I’ll tell you all about it. -always the best for you

Connect With Your Manitou Springs Target Market

Friday, August 12th, 2011

Connect With Your Manitou Springs Target Market If you are a Manitou Springs home based business owner with an online store, you have probably learned some of the basics of mass communication on the web. Today’s article focuses on how to refine your marketing efforts to connect with your core group of potential customers: your niche.

My niche, for example, are people who could benefit from Xocai Nuggets and would be most likely to buy it from my Xocai Nuggets home based business. Since this is a fairly broad group, I have broken down my target demographic into smaller sub-categories.

I have a category called ‘New Xocai Nuggets customers who have never tried a similar product’ and a category called ‘Customers who have used inferior Xocai Nuggets copycat products.’ I also have a category called ‘People who are interested in the Xocai Nuggets business opportunity for supplemental income’ and another called ‘People who are interested in a Xocai Nuggets business as a full time career.’

Anyway, you get the idea. Now let’s talk about connecting with your niche. Here are some suggestions from our helpful social media experts at businessbloggertips.com

Read
Subscribe to three other blogs in your target market industry and read them at least once a week. Remember, these businesses do not have to be Manitou Springs home based businesses or Denver network marketing businesses. They simply need to be business blogs sponsored by businesses in your industry. In other words, these guys are targeting your market also.

Quote
Quoting other blogs is a great way to establish yourself as a hub in your niche and demonstrate your connection to the industry.

Link
Link to other relevant sites. Don’t let your site become a dead end for visitors.

Comment
Make comments on other blogs in your niche. This establishes yourself as an active participant in your community and will help raise your site in the search engine rankings.

Any Manitou Springs internet business owner can follow these simple steps to engage with their niche. I have been doing them for a while and am amazed at the results.

Are you looking for a way to become a new Manitou Springs home based business owner? Call me today. I have the product, company, and business plan that will ensure your success.

How To Cite Sources On Your Colorado Springs Home Business Blog

Thursday, August 11th, 2011

How To Cite Sources On Your Colorado Springs Home Business Blog I mentor several Colorado Springs entrepreneurs who have online home business blogs. Some of these home business owners are new to the online marketplace and are learning the principles of small business blogging. Today’s Colorado Springs article explains how to cite third-party information in your home business blog.

Generally, it is permissible to include third-party information as long as you include a source reference. For example, if I wanted to include an excerpt from an article about a Xocai Nuggets research study, I would cite the name of the article, the journal, the author, and the date. If I accessed it from a website, I would include that also.

Here is an example from webmd.com. The article: ‘Dark Chocolate Takes a Bite Out of Stress’ by Jennifer Warner is about a study conducted at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne Switzerland. At the end of the article, the following paragraph is included: ‘The study appears in the Journal of Proteome Research and was conducted by researchers at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.’

Qualityhealth.com included an article by Tabby Biddle that also cites the Swiss study and several others. They cited their sources at the end of the article in the following format:

American Chemical Society. New evidence that dark chocolate helps ease emotional stress. ScienceDaily. http://www.sciencedaily.com  /releases/2009/11/091111123612.htm. Accessed Dec. 7, 2009.

If you want to include material that is licensed, follow the appropriate procedure to obtain permission outlined by the owners of the content. Then be sure to let your readers know that you have permission by saying: ‘Reprinted by permission of so-and-so.’ Colorado Springs home business bloggers who reprint information without permission damage their credibility and run the risk of legal action.

I am Colorado Springs entrepreneur coach Elsa Shields. I own a Xocai Nuggets business based in my Colorado Springs home. I advise new Colorado Springs Xocai Nuggets home business owners on sales, marketing, and recruiting.

If you want to own your own Colorado Springs online business but need some guidance to get started, give me a call at 719.439.0142. I will make sure your Colorado Springs home business hits the ground running.
